IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All Charter Companies in Dubai are liable to strict restrictions imposed by the Dubai Coast Guard, although fines are routinely enforced. If rules are violated, we reserve the right to charge the guests for any penalty incurred as a result of a guest’s failure to comply or regard for the regulations established by the coast guard and executed by your ship’s captain.

Original documentation is needed for all guests by law. Passports must be originals for tourists. Residents may carry their passports, UAE IDs, or UAE driver’s licenses. Failure to comply could result in a fine of up to AED 1500 per person, payable by the damage waiver contract.
Drinking too much and acting recklessly might result in fines or the cancellation of the charter without a refund.
When the coast guard issues a weather warning and determines it is essential, life jackets must be worn.
Throwing any garbage in the waters is not tolerated and is punishable by law.
The Coastguard does not permit swimming after dark or more than three meters away from the boat for your safety.
Jumping off the yacht while it’s moving or at anchor is prohibited and will cause the charter to end.
To protect insuring agreements with our partner, you must book any Jet Ski or other water sports activity run by a third party during your vacation through us.

Refund Policy Terms and Conditions: In the event of a booking cancellation due to weather conditions or any other reason, a voucher code equal to the booking amount will be issued. This voucher will remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The night before, the final guest count must be confirmed; on the day of the event, it cannot be surpassed.

CHILDREN POLICY

Our captain and crew are in charge of safely operating and navigating the ship; they are not in charge of looking after kids. Children under the age of 10 must also wear a life jacket when in the water and outside on the deck, per Coast Guard instructions, regardless of their swimming ability.
All persons under the age of 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
Children 1-year-older old are only allowed onboard yachts.

ATTIRE

Footwear must be removed before boarding our yachts. We recommend comfortable clothing.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITIES

You will be required to preauthorize a credit card for AED 1,500 when you arrive at the marina. Cash donations that will be refunded to you at the end of your journey can be made if you are unable to provide something else. Any damages, extra packages, or other services provided on board will be offset by the security deposit.
In the event that the client’s or their visitors’ actions result in any damage to the vessel. Within 24 hours, the client will receive written notice of the damage and its cause. An authorized estimate for the repair or replacement of the affected area will be requested from a contractor who corresponds to the damage that was caused. The client will get this estimate, and the cost will be debited from the credit card provided for use with the reservation. All damage estimates are complete and binding.
Any extra cleaning required as a result of your charter is deemed chargeable.
Any fines incurred through the local marine authority as a direct action or failure to comply with our policies by the lead named charterer or their guests will be chargeable under the damage waiver.
No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred by accident, injury, sickness, or death.
No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board.
No Smoking through the yacht’s interior. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the charter.
Example of fines:
- Swimming during restricted timings, AED 5000.
- Lack of identification of guests on board AED 1500 per person.
- Jumping while cruising AED 10,000.
- Littering AED 5,000

Online Payment Terms

Types of cards that will be accepted are Visa and Master Card, which are only in AED currency.
Any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries won’t be provided, and neither will we be trading with them.
Users of the website who are minors or under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users, conduct transactions on the site, or otherwise use the site.
We have the right to charge the cardholder for any infractions or damages.

FAQ

How do I book a Yacht ?

You can select the Book Now option on your desired yacht rental, fill in the required details and pay online to book the yacht. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we’ll have the yacht booked.

Do you have plates, cutlery and glasses?

We will supply ample crockery and glassware on all our charters.

Do you have towels on board?

Towels will be provided at check in.

Is there a BBQ on board?

If you have ordered our Catering, then we will provide a BBQ grill and qualified chef for the charter. If you have not ordered then no BBQ will be allowed to be used.

Is there ice on board?

Yes. All vessels will come with adequate ice, water, soft drinks and juices.

Do we need to wear life jackets?

Life jackets are only required when a weather warning has been issued or you are chartering a high speed vessel such as a speed boat. Even so, this is only required whilst the vessel is in motion and can be removed whist at anchor.
