Cancellation Policy
At Sky Marine Yacht, we are committed to offering flexibility while ensuring the availability of our services for all guests. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Refund Policy Terms and Conditions: In the event of a booking cancellation due to weather conditions or any other reason, a voucher code equal to the booking amount will be issued. This voucher will remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.
1. Standard Cancellations:
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will be subject to a 25% deduction, with the remaining amount refunded to the original account address used for payment.
– Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. *Special Date Cancellations (Public Holidays & New Year)*:
– Cancellations for bookings on public holidays or New Year’s must be made one month prior to the scheduled departure time.
– Failure to cancel within this period will result in the booking being non-cancelable, and no refund will be issued.

You can select the Book Now option on your desired yacht rental, fill in the required details and pay online to book the yacht. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we’ll have the yacht booked.
We will supply ample crockery and glassware on all our charters.
Towels will be provided at check in.
If you have ordered our Catering, then we will provide a BBQ grill and qualified chef for the charter. If you have not ordered then no BBQ will be allowed to be used.
Yes. All vessels will come with adequate ice, water, soft drinks and juices.
Life jackets are only required when a weather warning has been issued or you are chartering a high speed vessel such as a speed boat. Even so, this is only required whilst the vessel is in motion and can be removed whist at anchor.
